Every tee is printed for one person — yours. That makes traditional returns tricky, but we'll always make it right when something is our mistake.

What we cover

  • Misprint:typo on our end, wrong mark, wrong color ink, off-center — we'll re-press at no charge. Photo helps.
  • Defect: seam coming apart, hole, weird wear after a single wash — same thing, we re-press.
  • Wrong size shipped:if you ordered M and got XL, we'll send the right one and a prepaid return label for the first.
  • Size exchange (no fault):we'll exchange for a different size within 30 days, provided the tee is unworn and unwashed. Customer covers return shipping.

What we don't cover

  • Buyer's remorse on the design — every print is one-of-one and we can't resell it. Choose carefully in the configurator.
  • Damage from heavy wash (hot water, bleach, high-heat dryer over time). The care label has details; following it gets you years.

How to start a return / exchange

Email [email protected] with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue. We respond inside one business day with the next step.

What happens to the collector card

If we re-press your tee, the original collector card stays the original — it's a permanent record of the first edition you ordered, even if the physical product needed to be re-made.
