PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy — what we keep, what we don't.

Last updated · 2026-06-15

This is the privacy policy for Lampfern (lampfern.com), a small print-on-demand tee program based in Canada. We collect the bare minimum needed to fulfil your order and keep our promises about your data simple.

What we collect

  • Order info: name, email, shipping address, items ordered, and the custom text + mark you chose. Stored in Shopify and on our own servers so we can ship the order and surface your collector card.
  • Payment info: handled entirely by Shopify Payments and your card issuer. We never see or store your card number.
  • Email signup: if you subscribe to the newsletter, your address goes to Klaviyo for sending future updates. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
  • Site analytics: we use first-party server logs to understand traffic. No cross-site tracking pixels, no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics by default.

Who we share with

Only the third parties needed to make orders happen — Shopify (checkout + storefront), Printify (printing + shipping), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (newsletter), Stripe (via Shopify Payments). Each receives only what they need to do their job.

Pinterest API

Lampfern uses the Pinterest API solely to read analytics and post pins to our own Pinterest business account (@lampfern). We do not access, store, or share any data about Pinterest users — including people who save or interact with our pins. The Pinterest access token used for this integration is held in our own server-side environment and is never exposed to site visitors.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years for accounting compliance. Email lists: until you unsubscribe. Collector cards: indefinitely — they're the receipt for the thing you made, and we'd like you to keep them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct anything that's wrong by emailing [email protected]. We respond inside 30 days, usually faster.
